Most people who regularly work with a computer can touch typing. This is because our muscles have a memory. The so-called muscle memory. When you repeat a certain movement long enough, a long-lasting muscle memory is created. This is not only useful for blind typing a text, but also for using shortcut keys (within Excel).
Blind operating the mouse, on the other hand, is almost impossible to learn because the cursor is always at a relative point in your screen.
In addition to saving time, there are a number of other advantages of using keyboard shortcuts:
- Preventing RSI complaints;
- Improving typing skills;
- Reducing error proneness.
In the table below you will find all Excel shortcuts.
